Canvas is an online learning/course management system for online, hybrid, and on-campus courses. Canvas is available 24/7 (except during scheduled maintenance), which allows students to complete coursework at their convenience within the timeframe specified by each instructor. Canvas enables students to access syllabi, course information, course materials, assignments, tests, exams, surveys as well as communicate via email, messages, chat, and discussion boards. Depending on how the instructor uses Canvas for each course, students may participate in groups discussions, blogs, journals, wikis, and more.

ASSIST is an online student-transfer information system that shows how course credits earned at one public California college or university can be applied when transferred to another. ASSIST is the official repository of articulation for California’s public colleges and universities and provides the most accurate and up-to-date information about student transfer in California.
