For your research project, plan to develop your paper into a longer, in-depth discussion by focusing on the following questions:
How well is your school site functioning today? (This will require some research).
What specific “systems” are currently in place that complicate the issue you are addressing?
(For example: systematic/systemic racism, a flawed criminal justice system, the tenure system for teachers, “culturally insensitive” educational system)
